Because I value confidentiality and believe that your therapy should be guided by you and not your insurance company, I am an out-of-network (OON) provider only.

I provide confidential therapy for clients who use self-pay or out-of-network benefits. If you are a person with a PPO Insurance plan, you likely have benefits that will contribute to the cost of therapy.

If you wish to discuss pricing and adjust according to your income level, I am happy to have this conversation and work on an arrangement together. I do offer a limited number of time slots for sliding-scale clients.

Competitive Out-of-Network Benefits

OON Benefits are benefits that most persons with PPO plans have. This means you can go to an "out-of-network" provider, and your insurance company will still chip in for your care. Most of the time, they end up paying more than 50%!

While every plan is different, Thrizer provides an eligibility checker that can estimate your exact therapy cost before we get started. If you don't like the price, you don't have to schedule an appointment.

Thrizer will also file all OON claims on your behalf. When benefits are paid, they will be deposited directly into your bank account! My clients also have the option to opt out of insurance altogether and pay for services directly through Simple Practice.

  • The standard fee for a Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation is $235, and $175/per session for subsequent Individual Sessions

  • The Standard fee for a psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation for Couples/Family therapy is $235 and thereafter $195/per session
