Hi! I’m Elizabeth (she/them/theirs); MS, NCC, LCPC

Welcome! Thank you for considering working with me as your therapist!

No matter where you have landed in your life story, my goal is to create an environment that is above all, safe and accepting, compassionate and collaborative. I hope all my clients feel seen, heard, understood, and supported.

I grew up in the mid-west, and have lived all over the U.S. and Australia. I moved to Frederick in 2005 and graduated from Hood College in 2021. I have worked in the Community Mental Health field and private practice. I am a member of the American Counseling Association, the International Honor Society for Counseling (Chi Sigma Iota), and a former member of the Hood College Counselors for Social Justice chapter.

My approach to your individual or couples therapy is eclectic and holistic. This means that I work hard to meet my clients where they are and take the time to develop helping strategies that might work for you. I believe that movement, body awareness, and meditation are valuable tools for the healing process. This type of therapy is an asset when working with clients who have experienced trauma, have difficulty in relationships, need space to process emotions, or for those who face adversity.
