The Support You Need.
The Life You Want.
“Finding yourself is not really how it works. You aren’t a ten-dollar bill in last winter’s coat pocket. You are also not lost. Your true self is right there, buried under cultural conditioning, other people’s opinions, and inaccurate conclusions you drew as a kid that became your beliefs about who you are. “Finding yourself” is actually returning to yourself. An unlearning, an excavation, a remembering of who you were before the world got its hands on you.”
—Emily McDowell
I understand that you are here because you want to feel better, free, and more certain in your life. Taking the step to start therapy is an act of bravery, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
Embarking on the journey of inner work doesn't have to be a solitary path. I deeply value the unique bond between therapist and client, and I consider it a true privilege to be invited into your story. With an open heart and a non-judgmental approach, I welcome clients from all walks of life. I believe that laughter can be an important part of the therapeutic process, but above all, I am here to listen and offer a space where you can truly be yourself.
Individual therapy or Marriage & Couples Counseling is an aspect of healthy living that can help restore balance and grounding.
The process can be exhilarating, challenging, and profoundly rewarding as you gain clarity through increased awareness.
I offer both Individual Therapy and Couples or Marriage Counseling in a safe, relaxing environment.
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
Above all, I am here as your advocate—someone who is dedicated to helping you find the clarity and peace you deserve.
“My approach to your therapy is eclectic and holistic. My theater and performance arts training have provided a baseline for my viewpoint on how people change and grow. I believe that movement, body awareness, and meditation are essential aspects of the healing process. We can explore negative or intrusive thoughts, thought processes, and emotional reactions to these thoughts through the use of CBT, REBT, or DBT techniques. We will also explore and address our relationship during the session and focus on issues or moments of growth between us. This is a helpful tool to gain insight into behavior patterns, heighten awareness, and build trust (Gestalt and Existential Therapy).
My approach is playful but direct, and I believe that laughter is an essential element of the therapeutic process. But, most importantly, I am here to listen. I will act as your advocate and offer empathy and understanding, no matter where it is that you have landed in your life story. I value my client's unique life experience, narrative, and vision. Sessions honor needs and comfort level and help the individual understand, gain insight, and develop a greater capacity for growth and positive change.”
